The system of docflow automation in healthcare centers of the UK. Doctors don’t waste time filling medical records by hand. Instead they dictate a text during an appointment and then load the audio into the system. This audio file is converted into a note in a medical record and a letter for a patient. The systems stores documents, converts audio into texts, prepares and prints out letters and reports.
The system is used by 45 000 health workers daily. 4 000 000 medical disposals were transcribed during 2015.

Initially the architecture allowed 3 000 records a day. We optimized and took away dozens of unnecessary database requests, changed Entity framework to our own solution and improved business logic. It increased load up to 80 000 records a day. Since the cooperation began, client’s annual turnover has grown up to 35%, the product cost increased by 87% during last year.
