On daily phone calls with the customer, we participated in the discussion of UX/UI. Analyzing the layouts together with the product designer of the team, we suggested ways for simplifying their technical implementation. They also contributed their own ideas: for example, designing buttons in applications for applicants and employers in the same style.
During the work on the project, we have improved the service stability, while the crash-free users rate is more than 99%. It means that no more than 1% of users experience any disruptions in the service.
We took over the development of both the client and server parts, which helped increasing the speed and quality of project tasks. Android and iOS architects, as well as UX experts, evaluated the interface and suggested to the client the best ways of functionality implementing, using best practices in developing user-friendly mobile applications.
Our customer received a ready-made product meeting the requirements for a modern mobile banking within 100 days.
At the same time with working on the main website, we solved the tasks of creating a corporate portal using the Invitro corporate identity.
After our joint technical analysis and UX audit, the client decided to abandon the outdated portal. We have implemented file storage, digest distribution, a role model, and a website builder for creating new sections and pages of the website.
In addition, our team has successfully completed the redesign tasks and integrated a new layout of Invitro regional websites for Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
We have solved the tasks of optimizing and speeding up the loading of pages with a list of analyses available to the user. New functions have also been improved. For example, the opportunity to make an appointment with a doctor online.
We started with a UX/UI audit of an earlier solution. We found several disadvantages in the interface that could create obstacles for users, for example:
- low screen contrast;
- the lack of a unified approach to the text layout;
- redundant elements on the screen.
As a result, there is a new interface that helps the user navigate the application and makes it easier to use. All the client's products are created in the unique style, which allows them to be associated with each other.
For user-level audit we have selected several UX research methods, including usability testing. Key obstacles were identified: unnecessary elements on the screen, a multi-stage ordering process, inconsistencies with the guides and uniformity violations of styles. All the things not only affect customer loyalty, but also make it difficult to achieve business sales KPIs.
The business has received a tool for improving quality on three levels:
- User loyalty.
- Technical reliability.
- Business KPI.
- Audit the current state of the application and make recommendations for its improvement;
- Identify bottlenecks in the code that affect performance in the system of a load or an increase in the volume of processed data;
- Offer options for the transition from a monolithic architecture to a micro-service one;
- Identify project security issues;
- Conduct functional and non-functional testing, and compile a list of defects found;
As a result, we provided the client with:

- checklist for improving the service.
Reviews
The pace of the team's work from the very beginning exactly met our expectations and estimates. Thanks to this, on one of the projects a number of diverse tasks were solved, such as data storage, their analytical processing, integration with external systems during the first month of work. SimbirSoft specialists took an active part in the discussion of the future product concept, its architecture and interfaces, proposed variants of improvements, many of which were adopted for implementation.
Separately it is worth noting the maintenance of detailed project and user documentation, carried out by analysts of the company. We received qualitative results in the shortest possible time - two months after the start of work, the first version of the system was ready for trial operation.
