Remote Car Control for Cesar Car
The customer approached us with the task of expanding the existing functionality of the mobile application on iOS. Since the product is designed for drivers, we decided making the control screen look like a car keychain. This form is familiar to the target audience, and the design is not overloaded with stand-alone elements.

Within a month, we managed to implement new sections and functions:
  • personal account;
  • car location screen;
  • demo mode;

We also distributed the tasks in such a way that users could use the heating even before the onset of cold weather.

Developing a mobile application for HeadHunter
The customer has set himself several tasks, including speeding up releases, as well as bringing the iOS and Android versions to a unified style and increasing the service stability in the face of growing mobile traffic. After analyzing these goals and limitations of the old codebase, the company opted for development from scratch. SimbirSoft specialists participated in the development and quality assurance, as well as in the selection and planning of UX/UI design details.

As a result of the team's well-coordinated work, it was possible successfully completing a number of major product and technical tasks and adding new functions, those include:
  • Search for candidates based on feedback;
  • A questionnaire screen about the results of negotiations with the applicant;
  • The ability to write resume comments that are visible only to the employer himself.

On daily phone calls with the customer, we participated in the discussion of UX/UI. Analyzing the layouts together with the product designer of the team, we suggested ways for simplifying their technical implementation. They also contributed their own ideas: for example, designing buttons in applications for applicants and employers in the same style.

During the work on the project, we have improved the service stability, while the crash-free users rate is more than 99%. It means that no more than 1% of users experience any disruptions in the service.

Mobile banking for individuals and legal entities
The client had a minimal working application version with limited functionality, as users wrote in the reviews. Our task was to create a full-fledged mobile bank. We conducted a technical analysis and UX audit of the original application and drew up an ambitious action plan that ensured the achievement of the project's goals.

We took over the development of both the client and server parts, which helped increasing the speed and quality of project tasks. Android and iOS architects, as well as UX experts, evaluated the interface and suggested to the client the best ways of functionality implementing, using best practices in developing user-friendly mobile applications.

Our customer received a ready-made product meeting the requirements for a modern mobile banking within 100 days.
Development of website and internal corporate portal Invitro
We helped the client switch to the new design of the official website, including the personal account and the patient's basket. We implemented tasks to add new functions, for example, simplified the procedure for making patient appointments with a doctor and added the ability paying for services on the website. Now the user can complete and pay for the application on the website, reducing the time for registration and services payment.

At the same time with working on the main website, we solved the tasks of creating a corporate portal using the Invitro corporate identity.

After our joint technical analysis and UX audit, the client decided to abandon the outdated portal. We have implemented file storage, digest distribution, a role model, and a website builder for creating new sections and pages of the website.

In addition, our team has successfully completed the redesign tasks and integrated a new layout of Invitro regional websites for Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.

We have solved the tasks of optimizing and speeding up the loading of pages with a list of analyses available to the user. New functions have also been improved. For example, the opportunity to make an appointment with a doctor online.
ViewEvo mobile app design
We have developed the design of the ViewEvo mobile application to introduce users to an innovative smart algorithm.

We started with a UX/UI audit of an earlier solution. We found several disadvantages in the interface that could create obstacles for users, for example:
  • low screen contrast;
  • the lack of a unified approach to the text layout;
  • redundant elements on the screen.
In terms of user experience, we found bottlenecks that made it difficult to understand the application. When designing the new interface solution, we took into account all the shortcomings of the previous version and, together with the customer, identified the necessary changes.

As a result, there is a new interface that helps the user navigate the application and makes it easier to use. All the client's products are created in the unique style, which allows them to be associated with each other.

The fast food chain contacted us for an audit of the code, infrastructure, UX audit and QA audit of the mobile application. The client was preparing to expand its representation and increase the number of online users.

For user-level audit we have selected several UX research methods, including usability testing. Key obstacles were identified: unnecessary elements on the screen, a multi-stage ordering process, inconsistencies with the guides and uniformity violations of styles. All the things not only affect customer loyalty, but also make it difficult to achieve business sales KPIs.
